The Garrick's Head is a busy Pub and Dining Room in central Bath, Located within the Royal Theatre building.
The King William Bath, Newley opened our sister pub boasts eight rooms and a bustling local trade.
We are looking for an assistant manager to come on board to assist the General Manager and Head chef in operating the pub. duties will include:
Assisting the General Manager in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
Order, purchase and stock the pub in a timely manner.
Implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.
Ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies.
Cooperate with General Manager in recruiting, training, payroll processing, performance evaluation, promotions, and releasing the employees.
Coordinate with General Manager in planning short and long term projects, including budgets, expense controls, schedules, and labour.
Develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
.Identify and report equipment repair and maintenance works promptly.
Address operational, and technical issues quickly
Manage direct reporting to General Manager related to financial, business, and administration matters.
Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,768.85-£35,227.33 per year
