Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable hair solutions
- Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance overall client appearance
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering to health and safety standards
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or Barbering background with a strong portfolio of work
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in advancing into supervisory roles
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with eyelash extensions, makeup application, and upselling techniques preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Previous mentoring experience is advantageous for supporting team development
