Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we’re looking for an IT Engineer with experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Windows environments, identity and access management, endpoint management, and corporate IT infrastructure to help us keep our IT services secure, reliable, resilient, and continuously improving.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…
- Be the technical expert for escalated incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
- Work across a broad technology landscape including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud services, Windows and Linux platforms.
- Play a key role in strengthening security through patching, vulnerability remediation and access controls.
- Contribute to exciting projects, upgrades and service improvement initiatives.
- Help shape the future of IT by creating documentation, automation and knowledge resources that support first-line teams

- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Windows environments and identity management platforms.
- Confident troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and authentication issues.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving, root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and a passion for continuous learning.
