Digital Marketing Manager

We have a position available for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You must have a proven track record of profitably growing a medium to large scale brand. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, is highly analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition, increase conversions, and maximise return on ad spend. Your role will include providing leadership, direction, and support to the Ecommerce Manager and Digital Creator.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that support business growth and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives across multiple digital advertising channels.
- Plan, create, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta paid advertising, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and Klaviyo email marketing.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage authorised advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximise profitable ROI and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, and scaling strategies.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Growth Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrated success in profitably scaling businesses through paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube advertising.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets with a focus on profitable growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and funnel optimisation.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

- Provided frequent updates and reports to senior management and directors.
Salary and Benefits
· Starting Salary £50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience and ability.
· Results driven Performance bonuses of up to £10,000 based on targets achieved.
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
