We're looking for an ambitious, motivated and patient-centred HCPC Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team across our Worcestershire clinics.
This role will be based across our flagship clinic in Hallow (WR2 6NJ) and our D1 Gyms clinic in St John's, Worcester, with exciting opportunities to work across future locations as our partnership with D1 Gyms continues to expand.

The Opportunity
This is a Worker Contract position offering a fixed 50% commission structure.
You'll be joining an established multidisciplinary team with an existing referral network and strong marketing support, giving you an excellent platform to build a busy and rewarding clinical diary.
Initially, you'll work across our Hallow and D1 Gyms Worcester clinics, with opportunities to work within future Remedium locations as the business continues to expand.
This is initially a part-time position, with the opportunity for additional clinic sessions as patient demand increases.

Commission & Career Progression
Practitioners receive a fixed 50% commission on clinical fees generated.
As Remedium Wellness continues to grow, practitioners may become eligible for higher commission brackets following a minimum of four years of continuous practice with the Company and Key KPI outcomes being hit.
Commission progression is based upon consistently achieving agreed clinical and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high clinical standards and making a positive contribution to the continued growth and success of Remedium Wellness.
We believe progression should be earned through sustained performance, commitment and contribution to the business.

What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient-centred approach
- Evidence-based clinical reasoning
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Registered with, or willing to register with, major private medical insurers

Successful applicants will initially be invited to an informal online interview with Ewen McDonald, Clinical Director of Remedium Wellness.
We'll discuss your experience, clinical philosophy, career aspirations and answer any questions you may have about the role.
Stage Two – Practical Interview
Candidates progressing to the second stage will attend our Hallow clinic for an in-person interview with members of the senior clinical team.
This provides an opportunity to tour our facilities, meet the wider team and ensure the role is the right fit for everyone involved.
