Larkins Environmental is seeking to appoint a HGV Drainage Engineer in Gildersome, Leeds on full time, permanent basis.
The Job:
You will be driving & operating the HGV Gully Wagon & Jetting equipment and fleet. Assisting Drainage Engineer with a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of private and public drain systems. Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment (such as completing the daily vehicle checks and maintenance tasks, signing onto RAMS, undertaking point of work risk assessments, reporting vehicle and plant defects to the management, understand and comply with driver hour regulations etc). Reporting of accidents, near misses as soon as possible.
Contribute towards producing high quality results, reports and feedback. You will liaise directly with customers and site contacts.
About You:
You will be required to hold an HGV Class 2 (or Class 1) licence, with no more than 3 penalty points ideally. A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is essential.
You may have industry experience as well as CSCS card (or affiliated qualification) as a minimum. You may hold these desirable qualifications of HPWJ, SLG (Streetworks), First Aid at Work.
