We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons at our facility. This is a vital position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent accidents
- Provide first aid as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
- Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management
Hours:
This role is for 3 to 5 days a week, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 9am-7pm.
Qualifications:
- Full driving license
- Must possess current Lifeguard certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
