We are looking for reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineers to carry out both reactive and planned work across a range of commercial sites. This includes hospitality venues, retail stores, office buildings and other busy customer‑facing environments.
We welcome qualified engineers as well as experienced maintenance operatives without formal qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing and general building systems
- Complete PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and scheduled PMVs (Planned Maintenance Visits)
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs quickly and safely
- Install, replace or repair fixtures, fittings and equipment
- Perform basic fabric/handyman tasks when required
- Maintain accurate job notes using our digital reporting system
- Work professionally in customer‑facing commercial settings
Preferred Qualifications (any of the following):
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Level 2 Electrical Installations
- Level 3 Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds Inspection & Testing
- Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies
Experience without qualifications is also accepted if you can demonstrate practical ability.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel between sites
