What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving drinks and recommending favourites to customers
- Delivering great customer service with a smile
- Handling cash and card payments
- Keeping the bar and tables clean and well-presented
- Helping with events, functions, and busy nights
- Learning cellar work (changing barrels, cask ales, stock rotation)
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone
What We’re Looking For
- Aged 18+ (alcohol service)
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Reliable with evening & weekend availability
- Experience behind a bar is great, but not essential — we’ll train you
- Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit team
