We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Chelmsford. You'll work on live, customer-facing campaigns for nationally recognised brands while developing practical skills across marketing, customer engagement and business development.
Previous marketing experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone who's curious, confident with people and ready to learn through real experience.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll gain practical experience across live marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing leading brands across face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
- Communicating campaign messages clearly and professionally
- Understanding target audiences and customer behaviour
- Gathering customer feedback and identifying useful insights
- Supporting customer acquisition and brand growth
- Developing your communication, presentation and marketing skills
- Working alongside the wider team to achieve campaign objectives
You'll learn how successful campaigns connect brand, customer and commercial results rather than simply observing from the sidelines.
