We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and provide essential support within our busy sales and administration function. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working accurately, staying organised and being part of a team where no two days are exactly the same.
You will be processing orders, maintaining accurate information, working with spreadsheets and assisting with general administrative tasks to help keep the department and wider business running smoothly. The role requires a practical, reliable and detail-focused person who is confident using IT systems and communicating with colleagues across the business.
Key duties will include:
· Processing technical orders accurately and efficiently
· Working with spreadsheets and maintaining clear, accurate records
· Data entry and database maintenance
· Supporting the sales and administration team with day-to-day tasks
· Filing, scanning, laminating, shredding and other general office duties
· Assisting with internal communication and documentation as required
· Helping to ensure customer and order information is kept up to date

Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00pm
SPEL also has a Profit Share Bonus scheme that rewards the whole team very generously when the business is doing well.. (Eligible for inclusion after 6 months continuous service)
Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shrewsbury, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
