High Oaks is a small, independent care home for adults of all ages, but the majority of our residents are under 60 and fully mobile. We specialise in mental health and learning disabilities.
We're looking to add two Full-time support workers to our team.
Competitive pay rate, £13-14 per hour depending on length of service.
We provide care 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week. The care shift types you'll be expected to work are Long Days (12.25 hours), Late (8 hours), Early (6.25 hours), 1-1 Support (5/6 hours) and Sleeping nights (12.25 hours including 7.5 hours dedicated sleeping time).
Support workers may be allocated to lead shifts and an enhancement starting at £18 per shift is paid for this.

Some examples of duties you may be performing:
- Delivering care and support in accordance with the individual support plans.
- Administering, storing, auditing and ordering medication.
- Record keeping in residents’ daily notes.
- Cleaning in communal areas and residents' rooms.
- Driving residents to appointments and activities using company vehicles.
