Moxie People are partnering with a respected UK-wide procurement and asset management organisation to recruit a Head of Member Services for Wales.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing leadership role responsible for strengthening regional relationships, supporting housing providers, and driving adoption of procurement solutions across the Welsh sector.

About the role
As Head of Member Services, you'll act as the primary point of contact for housing associations and local authorities across Wales, providing trusted advice, challenge and support across procurement, contract management and strategic engagement.
You'll build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and help members maximise value from a suite of frameworks and services. You'll also play a key role in shaping the organisation's Welsh offer, including contributing to early-stage work on a new Wales-specific procurement framework.
This is a varied, autonomous role where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams and senior leaders, representing the organisation at events, conferences and sector forums across Wales.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with Welsh housing associations and local authorities
- Acting as the main point of contact for member enquiries, support and problem-solving
- Leading and supporting compliant procurement activity from engagement through to award
- Increasing utilisation of frameworks and services across your region
- Identifying and securing new member relationships
- Supporting development of new procurement solutions, including a Wales-specific framework
- Providing after-contract support and acting as a trusted "critical friend"
- Monitoring regional performance, KPIs and reporting through internal systems
- Representing the organisation at sector events, conferences and member meetings
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless services

About you
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have strong knowledge of the Welsh housing sector (client side or supply chain)
- Bring credibility, networks and a positive reputation within the sector
- Are confident managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Have experience in procurement, asset management, consultancy or contract management
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Communicate clearly and build trust quickly
- Are comfortable working autonomously and developing a regional "micro-business"
- Are digitally confident and able to use MS Office and reporting systems
- Can travel occasionally for conferences, away days and member meetings
- (Bonus) Speak or read Welsh
