Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, and dry lining scenario.Your hands-on approach and willingness to learn will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a general construction work within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators under supervision to support construction and landscaping projects
- Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning, material handling, and site preparation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members on construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear
- Contribute to the overall upkeep of work sites by ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good conditionRequirements
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Valid safety certifications or willingness to obtain necessary safety training prior to employment
