Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies as needed to meet guest expectations.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established safety protocols and hygiene procedures to maintain a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Experience in janitorial work or similar cleaning roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
