Task Description:
1-) Follow safety rules and procedures to ensure safe work conditions.
2-) Cleaning action management (decide the action to do on the mould in adequacy with the defect signaled per the customer).
3-) Clean mold with dry-ice blasting machine or robot in the curing area in case of need or request from customer.
4-) Clean moulds with manual or automatic laser machine in the mouldshop
5-) Clean moulds in ultrasonic cleaning machine
6-) Check vents with drilling machine or ultrasonic pencil.
7-) Change vents in aluminum mould sectors in case of request.
8-) Train operators and new colleagues.
9-) Use hoist to handle mould parts in the workshop
10-) Be responsible for proper use of equipment
11-) Maintain and follow-up performance reports accurate and up to date
12-) Keep workshop and office in good condition.
Workplace open to start in September.
Pay: From £14.16 per hour
