We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic apprentice aged 18+ to join our team this August and train with us for a rewarding career in Early Years.
This position is a Full Time, it involves working with 0-4 year olds and studying for a recognised Early Years qualification (fully funded).
You will work alongside our qualified and experienced practitioners, caring for children in nursery and supporting their play, learning and wellbeing.
Applicants must have GCSE English and Maths at level 4 or above. An active sense of responsibility, ability to use own initiative and good verbal and written communication skills.
Teaching and caring for children is academically and psychologically challenging and therefore both confidence skills and positive mental health are essential criteria for a successful candidate.
Achieving Early Years Qualifications through apprenticeship can lead to a university degree and career in teaching Early Years along with opportunities like Speech Therapy, Social Work, Family Support Work, work in schools and with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
All candidates are expected to uphold the nursery Safeguarding Policy and to ensure the safety of children from the point of application.
