We are looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to join a busy financial services team. This is a client-facing role that provides crucial support to advisers while ensuring smooth processing of new business and ongoing client administration.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers
- Managing post, digital documents, diaries, and meeting arrangements
- Preparing and sending accurate client communications
- Handling calls professionally and maintaining accurate records
- Completing application forms and ensuring new business cases are processed efficiently
- Following up on Letters of Authority and other client documentation
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, projects, and ad hoc requests
- Assisting with training colleagues and completing ongoing professional development
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
