Team Leader – Darlington
Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are looking for a driven, people-focused Team Leader to join our growing team right in the heart of Darlington.
This is a front-line role where you will support our campaigns, mentor team members, and help us hit our targets rather than sitting at a desk. We want someone with natural leadership potential who wants to take charge, inspire others, and grow their career in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and supporting team members on a daily basis to help everyone hit their targets.
- Running training sessions, sharing best practices, and coaching newer staff to bring out their best.
- Helping coordinate day-to-day campaign operations and keeping momentum high.
- Representing our brand professionally and setting a high standard for the rest of the team.
- Working closely with senior management to track performance, review strategies, and plan ahead.
- Getting involved with recruitment, team building, and business operations as you grow into the role.
Your Progression Path We promote from within and reward results through a clear internal structure:
- Month 1-3 (Hands-On Leadership): Learn our campaigns inside and out, build rapport with the team, and start taking on coaching responsibilities.
- Month 4-12 (Stepping Up): Take full ownership of daily team performance, help run workshops, and assist with onboarding new starters.
- Longer Term (Management): Move up into senior management roles, overseeing larger projects and core business operations.
What's in It for You?
- Competitive Pay: A competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus scheme.
- Training & Mentorship: Ongoing leadership training and one-on-one mentorship from experienced managers.
- Career Growth: A clear, transparent path for professional progression.
- Company Culture: Monday to Friday hours alongside regular socials, team events, and performance perks.
What We Need from You
- Proven Leadership Skills: Whether you have led a team before, captained a sports team, or naturally take charge in group settings, you know how to bring people together.
- Great Communication: You are confident talking to people, giving constructive feedback, and keeping morale high.
- Strong Work Ethic: You lead by example, are self-motivated, and are driven to hit targets.
- Growth Mindset: You take feedback in your stride and are always looking for ways to improve yourself and others.
