Your Role - Trainee Paraplanner
You’ll play a key role in the early stages of the client journey, helping to understand needs and prepare the groundwork for high-quality advice.
You will:
- Speak with inbound & existing clients and build rapport quickly and professionally, ensuring you sell the value of Waddle’s services
- Ask effective questions to understand client circumstances and needs
- Clearly explain the value of a protection review in a way that feels natural and consultative
- Complete accurate fact-finds, gathering financial and medical information
- Support Protection Advisers by preparing well-qualified, high-quality cases
- Handle client queries with confidence and professionalism
- Work toward individual and team performance targets, contributing to overall business success
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your workload effectively
This role will develop your ability to guide conversations, build trust, and influence outcomes in the right way.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not essential, we’re more interested in attitude, communication style, and potential.
