Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Lash Technician to operate independently, providing professional eyelash extension services to clients. As a self-employed professional, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert lash application. Responsibilities
- Perform customised eyelash extension applications in accordance with client preferences and safety standards
- Provide consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tools and products are sterilised and well-maintained before each appointment
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their treatments
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their lashes
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently and maintain accurate client records
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments
Experience
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role specialising in eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Previous experience working independently or as part of a freelance or self-employed setup is preferred
- A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or specialised lash training is desirable
