Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carers to provide high-quality support to individuals in their home care setting. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure the wellbeing of those in their care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients in adhering to care plans tailored to their individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in condition
- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Follow health and safety protocols, including infection control measures
Skills
- Valid driving licence and experience with driving clients safely
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using basic IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
