JOB ALERT: NIGHT TIME FACTORY OPERATIVES
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for precision and an eye for detail?
Then we want you to join our growing team at our production factory in Nuneaton.
You'll work alongside our talented team to produce high-quality engineered timber products for our nationwide network of customers and be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, performing quality checks and ensuring smooth production flow.
Night time hours as follows: 5pm to 5am (Monday to Friday AM)
Key Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred)
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with the ability to follow instructions
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
Willingness to learn and adapt
