The on-target earning potential for this role is £47,200 per annum, comprising a base salary of £41,200 plus a substantial share of staff gratuities estimated at £6,000 per annum (paid monthly)
48 hours per week, working pattern 4 days on 3 days off

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and enthusiastic brigade, committed to showcasing the very best of Scotland's produce. Ideally the successful candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments and possess good organisation and communication skills.
Working alongside our Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary experience at Prestonfield House. You will help maintain and build upon our exceptional reputation as a 5 Red Star hotel with 2 AA Rosettes, while working with the finest seasonal Scottish produce to create beautifully executed dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef who thrives on creativity, has an eye for detail, and is eager to develop their skills in one of Scotland's most celebrated kitchens, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
