Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Handler at Quartz Insurance Brokers Ltd in Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, communicating with policyholders, investigating claim details, and ensuring timely settlements
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure market, insurance, legislation and other technical knowledge is developed and maintained to enable efficient claims handling
- Manage own workload in order to service the client promptly and efficiently
- Develop working relationship with clients
- Support Account Executives
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Cert CII qualified or the willingness to study to achieve this qualification
- Previous commercial claims handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy
- Experience of Microsoft office is essential
- Problem solver
- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
