We are pleased to be able to offer this position for an experienced mechanic/light vehicle technician.
This placement would ideally suit someone wanting to join a small team of mechanics who pride themselves on doing a good job, right first time.
There won't be any formal training courses necessary, just in house as and when required.
Being a qualified MOT tester would be advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of vehicles and equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Experience using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
