Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather relevant financial information and understand their retirement goals
- Support the team in conducting research on pension products, regulations, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments and updating client databases
- Develop strong communication skills by explaining complex pension concepts in an understandable way.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationship
- Knowledge of financial services, pension products, and financial planning principles is advantageous however not essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT tools
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and confidently
