We're looking for confident, friendly canvassers to visit homes in the local area and let residents know about government energy efficiency grants they may be eligible for. You'll be explaining how homeowners can get funding towards things like insulation, heating upgrades, and other energy-saving home improvements — helping people save money while making their homes warmer and more efficient.
No experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable speaking to people on their doorstep and explaining things clearly. Full training will be provided.
Duties
Go door-to-door across assigned areas, introducing residents to available energy efficiency grants
Explain grant eligibility and the benefits of home energy improvements in simple terms
Record details of interested households accurately
Represent the company professionally and build trust quickly with homeowners
Work independently to hit daily/weekly targets
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Self-motivated and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift
Previous door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential
Valid driving licence beneficial but not essential
