Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds
Hours: 07:00am – 16:00pm Monday-Friday, 30-minute paid break & 1 hour unpaid lunch break daily.
Salary: £30,000 per annum DOE
Duration: Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing division. You will play a key part in communication with customers relating to goods so strong customer service skills are essential. You must hold a valid Forklift License, be physically fit and self-driven.

Job Duties:
· Communicating with customers regarding goods, ensuring professional service and help resolve potential issues
· Completing and checking relevant paperwork, transferring data onto stock management systems.
· Storing goods into correct locations
· Loading and unloading deliveries ensuring safety standards are met
· Proactively managing stock levels within production collaborating with supervisors and production department heads and purchasing to ensure timely reordering and avoiding disruption to operations
· Assist with tooling management
· General housekeeping when required
What we are looking for:
· Valid Counterbalance Forklift License, B1 Essential but B2 Preferred
· Strong Customer Service Skills
· Experience supporting stock control, including stock management system experience
· Happy to work within a fast-paced environment
· Previous experience within Warehouse or Stores essential
· Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies
· You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
