We are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Information and Reporting Officer to join the Awards section of the Registry Services Team. This role is part of a team that supports the delivery of key business processes relating to assessment and examinations, progression, awards, certification and graduation.
You will have specific responsibility for supporting the institutional examinations process and be required to liaise with Faculties, Professional Service Teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication across the institution to support the efficient delivery of the examination processes.
Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for managing a complex workload working with large data sets, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of guidance and training on examination and awards processes, support project activity, and represent Registry Services within cross-University working groups.
Experience of administrative work within higher education is required. Experience of delivering customer orientated services is essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate good evaluation and problem solving skills and will be required to work closely with all the teams within the department but also to work/act on your own initiative. This is a busy department with lots of conflicting demands so the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
