Head Chef with a minimum of 5 years experience working with grill menu's. The food is top end burgers 100% Aberdeen Angus Beef, Smoked brisket, Bone Marrow, Wings, Beef Wellington, Lamb chops, steaks etc etc. You must have relevant experience. This will be checked. Refrences will be taken.
