Paragon Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Sutton Coldfield to recruit a dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS1 (placements accepted for ECTs).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about raising standards.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
