About IQPC
The International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) creates and delivers content-driven B2B events for senior executives across the world. We are an entrepreneurial business and established market leader, recently celebrating our 50-year anniversary.
With offices across New York, Toronto, Sydney, Berlin, Singapore and London, we deliver high-level conferences and events that bring together senior decision-makers, industry experts and leading organisations to address the most important challenges and opportunities facing their sectors.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our market-leading B2B conferences. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting senior executives from leading organisations, building relationships and taking prospects through the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing the sale and securing attendance.
The Role
You will spend your time researching target markets, identifying senior decision-makers, opening conversations with new prospects and understanding their business priorities. You will then position the right IQPC event as a valuable opportunity for them to gain industry insight, benchmark against peers, develop relationships and address key challenges within their Industry.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification and initial outreach through to qualification, consultation, negotiation and closing.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other sales channels.
- Identify and engage senior executives and decision-makers across FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and other leading organisations.
- Research target companies, industries and markets to understand the challenges, trends and priorities affecting your prospects.
- Build relationships with senior professionals and confidently communicate the commercial value of attending IQPC conferences.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand a prospect's role, business challenges and objectives, then match them with the most relevant event and content.
- Manage multiple prospects through the sales funnel, consistently following up and progressing opportunities towards a close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and accurately manage activity through the CRM.
- Develop your own network of senior-level contacts and create opportunities for repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with Conference Producers and Marketing teams to understand event content, target audiences and key industry trends.
- Attend IQPC events where required, providing the opportunity to meet clients and prospects face-to-face and further develop commercial relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets, sales KPIs and activity objectives.
World-Class Sales Training & Development
At IQPC, we don't expect you to be a sales expert on day one. We invest heavily in developing our salespeople and give you the training, coaching and support you need to build a successful commercial career.
From your first day, you'll receive structured onboarding and hands-on sales training covering every stage of the sales cycle – from prospecting and opening conversations with senior executives through to qualification, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident speaking with senior professionals and motivated by the challenge of taking ownership of a sales process from first conversation to close.

- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, account management or another commercially focused environment is a plus
- A genuine interest in developing a career in sales and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
