Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction projects , painting projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. As a key driver of project success, you will bring your expertise in project management tools and civil engineering software to streamline operations and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, resources, ensure clear timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources proactively to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of project milestones, change orders, risk assessments, and daily reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Apply effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks efficiently amidst multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications

Pay: £30,406.32-£40,000.00 per year
