The Roles
Children's Support Worker
You'll provide day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support to children and young people within a residential childcare setting.
You'll help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment while supporting their individual development and wellbeing.
Senior Children's Support Worker
You'll take a leading role within the home, helping to lead shifts, support colleagues and ensure young people receive consistent, high-quality care.
You'll act as a positive role model for the team while helping to promote trauma-informed, relationship-based and child-centred care.
