Children's Activity Leader – MonkFest Summer Festival
Location: Monk Park Farm, Thirsk
Contract: Seasonal Summer Position
Hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm (5 days per week on a rota basis, including weekends)
Do you have endless energy, a big personality and love making people smile?
MonkFest is back this summer and we're looking for two Children's Activity Leaders to help bring the festival to life.
This isn't a job for someone who likes standing around watching the day go by. We're looking for people who are naturally warm, enthusiastic and full of energy from the moment the gates open until the last family heads home.
You'll be leading games, activities and challenges, encouraging children to get involved, learning simple scripts and activity instructions, and helping create an unforgettable atmosphere for our visitors.
You'll need to be confident speaking to groups, entertaining both children and adults, and not be afraid to be a little bit silly!
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading children's activities and games throughout the day
- Learning activity scripts and presenting them with confidence
- Demonstrating activities and encouraging participation
- Creating a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere
- Interacting with families and helping visitors have an amazing day
- Working closely with the Monk Park Farm team to deliver a fantastic festival experience

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
