40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -1pm

Alongside fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII), you'll benefit from clear career progression opportunities while helping customers find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Handle customer queries over the phone, providing excellent service and support
- Update customer information and manage records across multiple systems
- Resolve issues and answer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

We're looking for people with:
- Previous office or call centre experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Motor trade insurance experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
