We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Event Sales Executive to join our London-based team at Fortem International, one of the world’s leading independent trade exhibition organisers.
This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who is hungry to learn, eager to progress, and motivated by results. You’ll start by selling event tickets and entry-level products, progress into digital lead generation, and develop into selling exhibition space and high-value sponsorship packages across our international portfolio of events.
You’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders and lead generators, following a structured training and progression plan designed to fast-track your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling tickets and entry-level products across our events
- Generating new business via phone, email, and digital channels
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Progressing into exhibition stand sales and sponsorship opportunities
- Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
- Using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
- Attending and working at live events (UK & international)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (phone-based or B2B preferred)
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Hungry to learn and progress into higher-value sales
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Organised, resilient, and able to work under pressure
- CRM experience is beneficial but not essential
- Educated to A-level standard (degree not required)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary from £30,000+ (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £60k–£100k+

Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
