Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Brow Expert to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform customised brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and advise on suitable brow styles and maintenance routines
- Ensure all tools and workstations are hygienic, sterilised, and well-maintained before and after each appointment
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
- Promote additional beauty services and retail products to clients where appropriate
- Keep up-to-date with the latest brow trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous professional development
- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client queries professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in makeup application, specialising in brow grooming and shaping techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clearly explaining procedures and recommendations
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Passionate about beauty trends and committed to ongoing learning within the industry
