We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our friendly Cambridge team on a part-time basis.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care and service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and providing a warm, professional experience
- Completing client registrations and clinic paperwork
- Taking payments and promoting our services where appropriate
- Providing phlebotomy services (full training provided)
- Preparing and maintaining clinic rooms to the highest standards
- Supporting sonographers and ensuring clinics run efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
Working hours
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 2:30pm or 11:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
There will also be opportunities to provide additional cover for annual leave and sickness across our East Anglia clinics, so flexibility is essential.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is friendly, organised and enjoys working with people
- Remains calm and professional in a busy healthcare environment
- Has a positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
- Is flexible and willing to travel to support nearby clinics when required
- Is confident using computer systems and managing administrative tasks
Previous healthcare or phlebotomy experience is advantageous but not essential, as full phlebotomy training will be provided.
