Bolton | £30,000 to £45,000 | Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX
If you have reached the stage where you can run your own conveyancing files, you probably want to be trusted to do exactly that.
This is an opportunity to join a long established North West law firm where you can take ownership of your own caseload, work alongside an experienced team and continue building your career without feeling like just another file handler.
You will be based in the firm's Bolton office, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a full hour for lunch.
The firm has grown to around 200 people across eight offices, while still retaining the feel and values of an established regional practice.
What Will You Be Doing?
You will independently manage your own conveyancing caseload, taking responsibility for progressing matters and looking after your clients.
Your work will include:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Leases
- Opportunities to work on smaller business property transactions
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Identifying opportunities for new work
You will have the autonomy to prioritise your workload and delegate where appropriate, while still having an established team around you when you need support.
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional, ideally with at least 1 year of post qualification experience or equivalent experience managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload.
You should be confident running files independently and comfortable dealing directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
Experience of leases or smaller business transactions would be useful, but the key requirement is strong practical conveyancing experience and the confidence to take ownership of your own matters.
