Responsible for general administrative support within the NDT & Inspection service line.
Main Activities:
(main day-to-day activities and the outputs of the role the individual is expected to deliver)
- Respond to all business administration requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain good working relationship with managers and staff across the wider business.
- Confirm receipt of and ensure that administration requests are actioned in a timely manner.
- Manage and arrange the business units competency trade tests and associated record keeping.
- Support the business unit in document and revision control, procedure drafting and record keeping.
- Provide administrative support in the form of CTR’s, timesheets, Purchase Orders and personnel requests.
- Monitor and update the business’ software packages and ensure accurate and timely input.
- Support the Business Unit during Audits by demonstrating good administrative governance and record keeping.
- Adhere to Altrads living saving rules.

- Experience in a similar role - Senior Administrator /Coordinator
- Relevant industry experience

- Interest in developing technical knowledge in NDT methods, standards and inspection governance.
- Technical background in Engineering, NDT or QA/QC.
