We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth marketing efforts for Harry's Intl (UK & DE). In this highly data-driven role you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns—overseeing key channels such as Meta, Google, Display, and Affiliates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative problem solving, rigorous analytics, and hands-on execution. You will run programs that directly impact our omni-channel growth, with a focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition and improving customer lifetime value (LTV).
