Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaner to carry out thorough cleaning services for residential properties before new tenants move in. The role involves deep cleaning both the interior and exterior areas of properties to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities Interior Cleaning
- Perform comprehensive end of tenancy cleans in residential properties.
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean kitchens, including cupboards, worktops, sinks, splashbacks, and appliances.
- Deep clean ovens, hobs, extractor fans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, baths, and sinks.
- Hoover and mop all floors.
- Clean internal windows, window sills, doors, skirting boards, and light switches.
- Remove cobwebs and accumulated dust from all rooms.
- Empty and clean internal bins where required.
Exterior and Additional Cleaning
- Sweep and tidy garages, sheds, and other external storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize outdoor waste and recycling bins.
- Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, particularly in end of tenancy or deep cleaning services.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physical fitness to carry out manual cleaning duties.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
