Front of House Team Member (Full Time)
£13.50 per hour + generous tips
We're looking for experienced Front of House Team Members to join our growing hospitality group.
This isn't just one venue—you'll have the opportunity to work locally across several unique concepts including Spanish and Italian restaurants, a cocktail bar, artisan wine and charcuterie venue, and future hospitality projects opening soon.
Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to build your skills across a variety of premium hospitality environments.
Your responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout each visit
- Preparing and maintaining restaurant and bar areas
- Supporting colleagues during busy service
- Working across different venues within the group as required
- Helping create memorable experiences for every guest
We're looking for people who
- Are aged 18 or over
- Have previous front of house or hospitality experience
- Enjoy working with people
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can remain calm under pressure
- Are smart, reliable and hardworking
- Are available to work evenings and weekends
- Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
