Serious Injury Solicitor - Liverpool - Up to £65,000 - REF 941256RR
This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognised Legal 500 law firm known for delivering specialist, high-quality legal advice to clients who have suffered life-changing injuries.
The Serious Injury team handles complex and high-value claims including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic injuries. You'll be joining a respected and growing team with a strong reputation for technical excellence and client care.
The Role:
- Work on catastrophic injury claims involving brain, spinal, amputation and complex orthopaedic injuries
- Assist in running a complex caseload from start to finish
- Manage litigated, multi-track personal injury cases
- Progress files in line with internal KPIs and case strategy
- Support senior colleagues on high-value and complex matters
- Draft legal documents, reports and client updates
- Work closely with experts, counsel and insurers where required
- This is a strong development role offering exposure to some of the highest-quality serious injury work in the market
About You:
- Serious Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Experience working on litigated personal injury caseloads
- Exposure to multi-track and complex injury work
- Claimant or defendant background considered
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Leadership or supervision experience desirable
