Executive Operations Manager
Location: Exeter / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
I’m looking for a highly organised and proactive person to work closely with me across several businesses in the software, forex, trading and marketing industries.
My time is best spent on sales calls, meetings, events, interviews and building relationships.
I need someone who can take care of everything around that.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping my tasks, calendar and priorities organised
- Making sure important follow-ups don’t get missed
- Reviewing call notes/transcripts and organising next steps
- Sending pricing, presentations, demos and marketing materials to prospects
- Keeping files, folders and company information organised and easy to find
- Updating CRM systems and tracking sales opportunities
- Liaising with marketing teams when I have new ideas, offers or campaigns
- Chasing tasks and making sure projects keep moving
- Helping organise podcast, interview and media opportunities
- Replying to comments and engaging with people on social media when time allows
- Generally making sure I’m only involved where I actually need to be
Who I’m looking for
You’ll need to be:
- Extremely organised
- Proactive
- Confident communicating with people
- Good at following things through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and businesses
- Able to work independently without needing constant instructions
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Drive, email, calendars and AI tools
Experience in forex, fintech or software would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
What matters most is that you’re reliable, switched on and naturally good at keeping things organised.
The Goal
Ultimately, I want someone who becomes the link between me and everything happening around me.
I should be able to finish a meeting, send you a voice note with what needs doing, and trust that you’ll organise the next steps, speak to the right people and make sure it gets done.
