About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Tamil- and English-speaking female live-in carer to support a gentleman with complex clinical needs in Epsom (Surrey). This is a stable, long-term package for a client who has full capacity, is engaged with care, and is motivated to return home to his family.
Client’s Needs
Support is required for:
- Advanced heart failure with LVAD
- Post-stroke left-sided weakness and cortical blindness
- Diabetes and hypertension
Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
- 24-hour LVAD oversight (monitoring flow, responding to alarms, battery management)
- Full support with personal care, transfers, and mobility
- INR and blood glucose monitoring
- Pressure area care and falls prevention
- Support with feeding and fluid prompting
Shift Pattern
- Live-in Monday to Friday
- 2-hour daily break

Requirements
- Fluent Tamil and English
- Experience in complex care (LVAD experience preferred)
- Strong background in cardiac and/or stroke rehabilitation care
- Confident with safe mobility support, monitoring, and escalation
