Location: Northampton, with flexible working
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata
4 - 6 month fixed term contract with immediate start

Purpose of Role:
To provide support and guidance across the Northampton Hospital during a time of change. To advise on a best practice approach, whilst maintaining a pragmatic focus in line with the Charity’s values.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to HR collegeagues and managers on activities across the Northampton Hospital ensuring activities are dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
- To assist the HR Business Partner in development and implementation of the Charity’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- To work collaboratively as part of a wider HR team, to share knowledge and support development within the team.
- Supporting HR team with employee relations issues and cases.
