Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage sales administration processes, including processing orders, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Order Processing
- Be a part of the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Oversee day-to-day office operations such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining filing systems
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales data, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems or software applications
- Maintain organized records of client information, invoices, and other administrative documents using Sage accounting software or similar tools
- Managing reordering of products, and being in contact with suppliers for smooth stock in
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or office support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software; familiarity with Sage is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—ensuring clear interaction with clients and team members
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or IT systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
